When creating the lamp, I, as the author, was inspired by the shape of the water molecule (H2O).
That is why the basic element of the lamp is very similar to her.

Each item produced by us is an author's product. We customize it for each client. If the product is returned, there is almost no chance of finding a new owner.
For this reason, we inform you that the return of the purchased item is possible only if it was lost or damaged during transportation to the customer by the delivery service.
At the same time, the fact of the loss of the parcel or its damage to the attachment must be confirmed by an official letter from the delivery service that performed the relevant service.

We refund the customer or send a new item only in the listed cases (loss of the package or damage to the ordered item).

Be sure to check its contents for damage in the presence of a postal representative before receiving the parcel. In case of damage, it is necessary to issue an Act of damage certified by a representative of the post office. You should refuse to receive the parcel.
Based on the Act, you will receive a new order or a refund.

The buyer is obliged to receive his order by the delivery service. Ignoring receipt of the goods by the buyer is not grounds for a refund or replacement of the goods.
